The cable construction is beefy, flexible and comes with permanently attached end caps for storage when not in use. The price was outstanding and the length of the cable is just right for most applications. What a great buy.
The cable works great. It's a fraction of the price they sell for at Best Buy.
Not a problem, since it stays in place. great cable, really cheap, does the job beautifully. because it's digital, you dont have to worry about getting the signal across since it's cheap - it works perfectly.i agree with other reviewers, the one end doesnt 'click' in firmly like the other end; its a bit loose. if you's not moving it around everyday, then it is the perfect accessory for your digital needs. definately reccomend it if kept relatively stationary.
An optical cable is an optical cable and finding the lowest price on one should be your priority. A basic optical cable that will fit most consumer needs. Do not be swayed by the $30 or $50 brands. This product has worked just fine so far. I see no reason to doubt the quality.
These cables work great. These cables are nice. Digital signals are all "ones and zero's".
Digital signals don't have the issues old analog signals did with signal loss and distortion. If the sound comes out of your speaker, than its the best sound your going to get no matter how thick the cable is that the signal was sent through.About the only thing you need to worry about with todays digital cables are the terminal ends. No need to pay a lot of money for "shielded high this and high that" cables anymore.
They are either recieved or not. Moster cables and the like are nothing but a waste of money when it comes to HDMI and optical. Shame on the box stores that carry only expensive cables.
The part that plugs into the reciever and TV. They snapped into the sockets with a nice click.
